Order Processing Time: 1-3 Days (Monday – Friday)

During peak or promotional periods, order processing times may be longer due to high order volume. We will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days. While we always try to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, occasionally due to natural disasters or holidays, your order will be delivered the following day. In these cases, we will contact you.

Tracking an Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can track the delivery.

You can track your order via the carrier’s website or via our tracking system.

Or change your delivery address

To ensure your change request can be processed, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will accept changes made within this time frame.

However, if your order has already been processed, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to change the address.

Modifying and Cancelling Orders

We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we provide a 24-hour window to modify or cancel an order. Just contact us and if your order is still not fulfilled, we will fulfill your request without any hassle.

Damaged parcel

If the parcel is damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team upon discovering the damage.

Return to sender

If your order is returned to us by the postal service. We will contact you to re-deliver the order. And we cannot refund you in case the parcel has been returned to us by the postal service
